Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Carriers (UND) Sherafettin Aras took part in the summit "Turkey: The Century of Exports" organized by Albayrak Media under the auspices of the Ministry of Commerce.
The summit "Turkey: The Century of Exports" discussed the issues of centralized exports of the country, local and national prospects, economic policy and strategic prospects for foreign trade
Sherafettin Karas stated that the transport sector should be considered as a strategic sector to achieve our country's export goals, and that our export goals can be achieved faster if the sector's problems are solved.
At the Summit, the Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Omer Bolat informed representatives of the public and private sectors about current problems and proposals to solve them related to transport problems, especially driver visas, quota barriers for transit documents, waiting at border crossings and failures in customs processes.
