On the second of May, the Golden Eagle tourist train arrived in Ashgabat.
An exciting journey along the route of the Great Silk Road was organized for 97 tourists – representatives of Russia, China, Hungary, the USA, Canada, Great Britain and Singapore, who were looking forward to this part of their adventure.
In Ashgabat, guests will visit historical and cultural attractions to plunge into the richness and beauty of our region, as well as get acquainted with the unique exhibits of the State Museum of the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan.
Special attention will be paid to the State Circus of Turkmenistan, where the artists of the Galkynysh group of national equestrian games on unsurpassed Akhal-Teke horses will demonstrate their high skills for travelers.
In addition, guests will be offered a walk around Ashgabat in the evening so that they can enjoy its picturesque views and unique atmosphere.
Tomorrow, the third of May, the Golden Eagle will continue its journey, heading for the Ichoguz railway station. From there, an excursion to the famous burning Darvaza gas crater is organized, which is an impressive sight, especially at night. After that, the train will travel through the city of Dashoguz to Uzbekistan, continuing its exciting journey along the Great Silk Road.
This route is a unique opportunity for tourists to immerse themselves in the rich history and culture of the region, as well as to get acquainted with its natural, historical and cultural attractions.
