The Turkmen woman is the pillar of the family, the personification of moral beauty and the adornment of our hearths. Respect for women and respect for their dignity are national traditions that date back several millennia and continue with dignity in the era of the Rebirth of a new era of a powerful state – democratic, legal and secular, confidently moving forward and achieving unprecedented progress. Today, Turkmen women, possessing such traits as patriotism, devotion to the family hearth, nobility, wisdom and honesty, increase the glory of the Turkmen people in the world. In our wonderful time, which fills our hearts and souls with joy and inspiration, the holding of musical and festive events, art exhibitions, contests, creative events in parks, cultural and educational centers of the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as regions of the country, is a clear evidence of the reverence and great respect of our dear mothers and girls, a happy and prosperous life of the people. meetings dedicated to International Women's Day. They are creatively and actively involved in carrying out fundamental reforms in our society and in the successful implementation of the programs we have adopted. We highly value the spiritual, intellectual and moral potential of our women, and create all the necessary conditions for their active participation in socially useful initiatives, the implementation of progressive reforms, the strengthening of democratic foundations and a healthy lifestyle, and the preservation and development of cultural values, traditions and customs. We are constantly working to ensure the rights and interests of women, protect the family, motherhood and childhood, and legislatively ensure gender equality as an important condition for the sustainable development of our society. The inclusion of the Turkmen national art of carpet weaving and embroidery in the List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which are unique examples of decorative and applied art created by the selfless work and invaluable talent of our women, enhances the global fame of national values with a thousand-year history. Taking into account outstanding achievements in the implementation of large-scale reforms and national programs, achievements in work and public life, and a great contribution to the upbringing of healthy, inspired generations devoted to our independent, neutral Homeland, we award distinguished women with the Zenan Kalby Order. On International Women's Day, we award our mothers with many children the honorary title of "Ene mahri".
