The Road to Arkadag May Be Named “Ahalteke Atlary” Shayoly

The Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, D. Orazov, addressed the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, with a request to name the road leading to the new "smart" city “Ahalteke Atlary” Shayoly. Orazov made this proposal on behalf of all residents of Arkadag and horse breeders of the country, TDH reports. In response, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan noted that the initiative should be submitted for consideration by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov clarified that if approved by Parliament, a corresponding document will be prepared on the instructions of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov. The National Leader of the Turkmen people provided the necessary recommendations in this regard. This issue was discussed during Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s working visit to Arkadag, where he reviewed plans for upcoming construction projects.
