President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Federal Republic of Brazil Luis Inacio Lula da Silva and all the people of the country on the occasion of the national holiday – Independence Day, TDH reports. In his message, the Head of the Turkmen state wished President Lula da Silva good health and happiness, and peace, well–being and prosperity to the friendly people of Brazil.
