Prospects for further cooperation were discussed at a meeting between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Tokyo A. Bayramov and the Ambassador of the Philippines to Japan Ms. Mylene Garcia-Albano.
The parties discussed the progress of the implementation of the agreements reached in Manila in August this year. The focus was on organizing mutual high-level visits, establishing inter-parliamentary cooperation, developing trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties, as well as interaction within international organizations.
The parties confirmed their intention to continue a constructive dialogue and strengthen bilateral ties, according to the website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan.
