Firstly was given a report on the implementation of agricultural activities by he head of the Ahal velayat administration S. Soltanmyradov.
First of all, the hakim, on behalf of the residents, expressed great gratitude to the head of state for the opening of a modern secondary school for 1,200 students and a dormitory for 120 students in the village of Bokurdak in Ak Bugday etrap, on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth. The head of the regional administration also addressed the head of state and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, wishes for good health, longevity and success in large-scale activities.
Then, the organizational work in connection with the upcoming start of wheat sowing, as well as cotton harvesting, was reported.
As reported, everything necessary is being done to properly prepare cotton ginning plants and raw material collection points, combines and transport for the white harvest.
Plowing and soil leveling continue in the fields allocated for sowing wheat. All work is carried out in accordance with agricultural technology standards. Specialized equipment and units, including seeders, as well as seed material, are also being prepared for sowing.
The head of the regional administration also informed about the pace of construction of social and industrial infrastructure facilities. According to the Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028, the opening of new buildings is timed to coincide with the 33rd anniversary of independence.
Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov ordered to ensure the optimal conduct of the upcoming important campaigns - wheat sowing and cotton harvesting.
The hakim was instructed to monitor compliance with quality requirements and deadlines for the completion of construction of facilities scheduled for opening on the occasion of the significant holiday.
Then, the hakim of the Balkan velayat, H. Ashyrmyradov, reported on the pace of seasonal events in the region's agricultural sector.
As reported, the necessary efforts are being made to organize the start of wheat sowing and cotton harvesting campaigns.
Everything necessary is being done to ensure the smooth operation of specialized enterprises, collection points, cotton harvesters and other equipment during the white harvest.
In addition, plowing and leveling of the soil continue in the fields that will be sown with wheat. Units, specialized equipment, including seeders, are also being prepared for the campaign, and farmers are provided with high-quality seed material.

Stressing the importance of successfully solving the tasks envisaged by the programs for the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan, the head of state instructed the hakim to monitor compliance with the quality requirements and deadlines for completing the construction of facilities scheduled for opening this year on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the country's independence.
The working meeting on the digital system continued with a report by the hakim of the Dashoguz velayat D. Babayev, who reported on the progress of agricultural work.
As noted, the region is comprehensively preparing for the start of sowing wheat and harvesting cotton.
In order to harvest the crop without losses and ensure uninterrupted reception for the season, cotton ginning plants, reception points, as well as combines and vehicles for transporting raw cotton have been prepared.
In the areas planned for sowing wheat, plowing, planning and moisture-charging irrigation are carried out in accordance with agrotechnical standards. Agricultural machinery and equipment have also been prepared, farmers are provided with high-quality seed material.
Along with this, measures are being taken to care for and feed the rice fields of the velayat with mineral fertilizers.

Summarizing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that preparations for sowing wheat and harvesting cotton should be organized at a high level and gave the hakim relevant instructions in this regard.

First of all, on behalf of the residents of the velayat, the hakim expressed great gratitude to the head of state for the construction of a kindergarten for 160 children in the village of Saryyazy in Takhtabazar etrap, and a comprehensive school for 500 children in the city of Mary, which were commissioned on the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth, and wished the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, good health, longevity, and further success in government activities.
