The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited the "Arçman" sanatorium and got acquainted with the projects of buildings planned for construction and reconstruction on its territory, and the possibilities of improving the activities of the health resort.
Currently, under the wise leadership of Arkadagly Hero Serdar, as a result of the successful implementation of large-scale reforms initiated by Hero Arkadag, concern for the health of the people has been defined as one of the priority areas of state policy. …In the morning, the National Leader of the Turkmen people arrived at the "Arçman" sanatorium, located in the Baherden etrap, where Hero Arkadag was given a warm welcome.
Here, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was presented with the projects of buildings planned for construction on the territory of the sanatorium, and reconstruction of existing ones, as well as drawings of the locations of the relevant facilities and a report on the work plans.
As noted, in accordance with the instructions of the President of Turkmenistan, organizational work was carried out with the relevant ministries and departments on the construction of a new medical building on the territory of the "Arçman" resort. The reserves of the healing water source were studied on a scientific basis, recommendations were given for its rational use. Upon completion of the construction of the new sanatorium building, opportunities will be created to increase the number of people undergoing treatment here.
The projects include the construction of a new building for 400 people, facilities planned for reconstruction, construction of a water treatment facility, external drainage systems, a room for receiving medicinal drinking water, a conference hall for 300 people, canteens for 400 and 250 people, a teahouse where vacationers will be offered herbal drinks, as well as models of dental, diagnostic, physiotherapy and X-ray rooms, types of equipment planned for installation in them, drawings of the locations of new facilities.
In addition, plans were reported on the construction of a new building on the territory of the "Arçman" sanatorium, the reconstruction of treatment rooms, improvement of the adjacent territory, as well as the design features, in particular, the central entrance to the complex, and equipping its management system.

When constructing new buildings and reconstructing existing ones, it is important to combine national principles of architectural design and best practices. At the same time, as in other areas, when preparing building projects related to the healthcare system, local natural features and the purpose of the facilities should be taken into account. At the same time, the issues of landscaping the sanatorium territory and maintaining the level of ecological state of the environment should be in the field of view.
Noting that the medical equipment that will be used here should be the most advanced and perfect, Hero-Arkadag emphasized the importance of its unique diagnostic and therapeutic methods in protecting human health.
Honored Architect of Turkmenistan Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that there is nothing insignificant in the construction work, special emphasis should be placed on equipping the buildings of the complex, the opportunities created in them, decorative features of the objects and landscaping, instructing to responsibly approach the successful implementation of the planned tasks.
During the construction and decoration of the sanatorium facilities, it is necessary to pay due attention to the arrangement of the territory, planting garden trees. Comfort should be ensured in park areas and places intended for people to relax in the open air. In this regard, it is necessary to approach the implementation of the planned work on a scientific basis and taking into account the natural features of this corner.
Doctor Arkadag, who headed the country's healthcare system for many years, spoke about the effect of local mineral water, which has high healing properties, on the human body. Speaking about the natural features and the unique climate of this corner, Hero Arkadag noted their great healing effect, addressing a number of instructions to the relevant managers on the full use of the sanatorium's capabilities.
