On September 12, a major auction for the sale of state-owned properties will be held in Ashgabat. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan will put up for auction a number of significant properties, including administrative buildings of business associations, retail premises and state-owned shares.
Among the most attractive lots in the capital are two administrative buildings of the business associations "Nur Zaman" and "Damjaly Baglar", located on G. Kuliyev Street in Ashgabat. The starting price for each of them is 45,968,148 manats. Also up for sale are the retail premises of the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Turkmenbashi" and the car repair shop "Garadamak" of the agency "Turkmenavtoulaglari".
The auction will be held in a digital format on the site www.e.fineconomic.gov.tm and through a mobile application. Both citizens of Turkmenistan and foreign citizens and legal entities who have completed the necessary registration and paid the required fees are allowed to participate. Foreign participants must have a conclusion from the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks.
Applications for participation in the auction are now open and will continue until September 11. Registration of participants will begin on the day of the auction at 9:00.
