The President of Turkmenistan is taking part in the sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of Central Asian States

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who is on a working visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan, is taking part in the sixth Consultative Meeting of the Heads of State of Central Asia. As you know, several years ago, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, put forward the idea of a fundamentally new approach to regional partnership, emphasizing the importance of a systemic political dialogue at the highest level. In modern conditions, this concept is becoming particularly relevant and in demand. Taking into account the increasing role of the Central Asian region not only in continental, but also in global processes, Turkmenistan is initiating concrete steps to optimally realize the impressive cumulative potential of interstate cooperation and implement new large-scale joint projects. The Consultative Meetings of the heads of Central Asian states over the past years have demonstrated the effectiveness of this format, which contributes to the formation of a holistic view of the course and direction of regional cooperation, determining its priority vectors based on the realities of the time and long-term prospects.
