Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin, during which the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of bilateral relations.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during the conversation, the heads of the foreign policy agencies paid special attention to organizing contacts at the highest level both in the bilateral format and within the framework of international forums and meetings. The constructive attitude towards expanding and strengthening trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian ties between the two states was emphasized.
