I am sure that meaningful events dedicated to the Day of Science will contribute to the work of scientists in important and promising areas of science, the exchange of mutual experience, and the strengthening of cooperation. Science and education, successful developments, high technologies are the driving force behind the large-scale development of the state. Science is the way to a brighter future for humanity. Modern scientific and technical achievements, knowledge and innovations are the key to further prosperity of the country, modernization of the domestic economy and progress in all areas, strengthening the position of our neutral Homeland in the global political, economic, scientific and cultural space. From this point of view, in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state, when implementing strategic tasks, programs and major projects for the benefit of our people and all mankind, we rely on fundamental science, develop and improve the field of science in accordance with international requirements. In academic research institutes, higher educational institutions, scientific and production and scientific and technical centers, design institutes of the country, we provide extensive opportunities to our scientists for fundamental scientific, theoretical and scientific-practical research, the creation of competitive, environmentally friendly, cost-effective high technologies, as well as innovative developments. We constantly pay attention to the issues of training talented young scientists, protecting and recognizing the results of their scientific work. In accordance with the Program "Revival of a new era of a powerful state: The National Program of socio-economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052", "The Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country in 2022-2028" and other strategies and concepts in the field of promising industries ensure the interconnection of education, science, production and commerce. The assignment of the status of an international science and technology park to the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan is a vivid confirmation of this. Dear scientists, representatives of the scientific community! The achievements of domestic scientists raise the rating of neutral Turkmenistan as an economically, scientifically and culturally developing state. A solid foundation is being created for our development in priority areas such as nanotechnology, chemical technology, energy, biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology, genetics, information and communication technology, computer technology, medicine and pharmaceutical industry, innovative economics, humanities. Scientific research, innovative technologies aimed at increasing the export potential of the country's economy and import substitution contribute to the establishment of promising industries and the creation of new industrial complexes. In this regard, the construction of production facilities within the framework of the second stage of the development of the city of Arkadag using modern scientific developments, innovations, especially "smart" technologies, causes a feeling of special pride. Dear compatriots! Dear guests! Turkmenistan is always ready to consistently expand cooperation in the field of science, technology and innovative technologies with international organizations and scientific centers of foreign countries, as well as coordinate joint efforts. As a result of further intensification of cooperation in the development of technologies based on the latest scientific methods and innovations in the field of processing, nanotechnology, biotechnology, satellite communications and information technology, as well as in the training of highly qualified specialized staff, the authority of independent neutral Turkmenistan in the international scientific space is increasing. All this is a clear confirmation that we are directing scientific and engineering solutions, advanced achievements of our scientists for the benefit of our country and people, as well as all mankind, and pay great attention to the development of domestic science.
