Turkmenistan is ready to provide the necessary assistance to Iran in connection with the "hard landing" of the helicopter of the President of the Islamic Republic Ebrahim Raisi in the province of East Azerbaijan. This was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
On May 19, a helicopter carrying the Iranian President made a hard landing in the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan. Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic Hossein Amir Abdollahian and several other Iranian officials were also on board, TASS writes.
According to Iranian media reports, search teams have found the aircraft and are heading to the alleged crash site.
