The Wildberries logistics center in Jurga in Kuzbass will reach full capacity by the end of 2025, but the first stage is planned to be launched this year. This was announced by the head of the city Alexey Fomin in his Telegram channel. The total investment in the project is estimated at 7.5 billion rubles.
– The first stage with an area of 40 thousand square meters (two sections of the warehouse and the administrative and household part) is planned to be launched by the end of this year. By the end of next year, the complex will reach full capacity: all buildings with a total area of 100 thousand square meters will be launched," Alexey Fomin said.
Wildberries has become one of the residents of the territories of advanced development of Jurga and is building a logistics complex on preferential terms. The investor has leased a land plot without bidding with a total area of 18 hectares. The warehouse will be located at the exit from Jurga, the federal highway P-255 "Siberia" and the Trans-Siberian Railway pass nearby.
– Tomsk, Novosibirsk and Kemerovo are located about 100 km from Yurga. Thus, the logistics center will be located in the center of the territory with a population of more than 5 million people," the head of the city of Yurga added.
