Russia plans to invest in the creation of industrial parks, logistics centers and port infrastructure abroad, TASS reports, citing Roman Chekushov, director of the Department of International Cooperation and Licensing in the field of foreign trade of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. So far, there are about 12 projects in the works. – At the moment, the budget application is being formed, because this infrastructure will be financed in the period 2025-2030. This is a new cycle of national projects," Roman Chekushov clarified.

At the same time, 12 projects are not the "final figure," the official added. It can change both less and more "depending on the investment activity of Russian logistics and management companies that will create industrial parks," Chekushov explained. It is planned to develop logistics infrastructure abroad in the countries that are located along the North-South corridor.

The countries in which it is planned to invest are either already the largest importers of Russian products, or they are located in such a way that they are a shipping point for Russian products, Roman Chekushov stressed. These include China, the countries of the African continent and Latin America.
