The first speaker was the Chairman of the Mejlis D.Gulmanova, who informed about the ongoing activities on legislative support of various areas of state policy.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers H.Geldimyradov reported on the ongoing work on the introduction of a digital system in the economic sector, the transfer of public services to an electronic format.
Then Deputy Prime Minister B.Amanov reported on the measures being implemented to strengthen the material and technical base of the supervised industries, in particular, the State Concern "Turkmengaz".
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers T.Atakhalliyev, who then spoke, reported on the state of affairs in the supervised area and seasonal agricultural campaigns conducted in the velayats of the country. The Deputy Prime Minister, having reported on the development of a draft resolution "On measures for the organized holding of the grain harvest in 2024", presented the document to the President of Turkmenistan for consideration.
Further, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B.Annamammedov reported on preparations for the upcoming festive events in Ashgabat on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and classical poet Makhtumkuli Fraga, widely celebrated in our country.
Deputy Prime Minister B.Atdaev reported on the preparations for the International Exhibition of Modern Food Production Technologies, which will be held on May 15-17 this year.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers M.Mammadova reported on the preparations for the opening ceremony of the Magtymguly Pyragy cultural and park complex and the monument to the great Turkmen poet.
Deputy Prime Minister N.Amannepesov reported on the preparations for the planned scientific conferences and events on the occasion of Science Day. It was also reported on the preparation by the Technology Center of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, together with relevant ministries and departments, of the State Program for the Integrated Development of Biotechnologies in Turkmenistan for 2024-2028. In this regard, a draft of the relevant Resolution was submitted to the Head of State for consideration.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs R. Meredov, who then spoke, reported on the preparations for the forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of cooperation between Turkmenistan and the European Union, which will be held on May 14.
Further, the Deputy Prime Minister reported on preparations for the 10th meeting of the National Commissions for UNESCO of the member states of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY), to be held in Ashgabat on May 16 this year.
Then there was a report on the steps being taken to develop Turkmenistan's partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), which is a specialized UN structure. In order to enhance this traditional interaction, a number of relevant proposals were submitted to the Head of State for consideration.
Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers M.Chakyev reported on the ongoing work on training international-level personnel for the field of civil aviation.
Information was also provided on the ongoing work to strengthen the material and technical base of domestic railway transport, and the maintenance of the country's railways in proper condition.
A number of other issues of public life were also considered at the meeting, on which appropriate decisions were taken.
