Delo Group plans to conduct an experiment on the transition to electronic document management when transporting high-tech cargo from Moscow to India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As noted by TASS, Kirill Zakharov, Deputy Director for Information Technology of the company, told about this during the TransRussia-2024 forum. The pilot project is expected to be implemented using the National Digital Transport and Logistics Platform (NCTLP), which should be launched on April 1 this year.
"As part of our experiment (on the introduction of electronic document management – approx.), which we plan to implement, we will begin transporting high-tech cargo from the Moscow region to India, the Arab Emirates through our assets: intermodal freight forwarder, railway operator and stevedores," Kirill Zakharov said.
