President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov presented at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers his new book "New – mylyklardan gözbaş alýan medeniýet", dedicated to the declaration of the city of Anau as the "Cultural Capital of the Turkic world" in 2024, TDH reports.
The Head of State noted the significant archaeological discoveries made in Turkmenistan by scientists V. Masson, R. Pampelli and V. Sarianidi, which confirm the glorious past of the Turkmen people.
The Head of State also noted that Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov managed to work with scientists and their descendants, organize trips of archaeologists to different parts of the country, in general, carry out activities related to excavations. The information collected by the National Leader of the Turkmen people from historical sources contributed to the creation of this book.
The new book, written by President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, will be a gift to the Turkmen people in a year under the motto "The Storehouse of the mind of Makhtumkuli Fragi". The participants of the Cabinet meeting warmly congratulated the head of state on the publication of this informative work, which, in their opinion, will arouse great interest among a wide range of readers.
