The leaders of foreign countries express their most sincere congratulations to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of the Novruz holiday.
President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, on behalf of the people, the Government of the People's Republic of China and on his own behalf, expressed his best congratulations to the President and the people of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the Novruz holiday, traditional for the Turkmen people, as well as sincere gratitude for the congratulatory message on the occasion of the Chinese New Year.
"I pay great attention to the development of dialogue between our states, I am ready to maintain good working contacts with you, continue to promote cooperation in various fields, continuously enrich the content of the Chinese-Turkmen strategic partnership, jointly build a community of common destiny of China and Turkmenistan in order to improve the well-being of the peoples of the two countries," the message says.
President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan also conveyed his sincere congratulations and wishes of success to the President of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen people.
"Novruz is an ancient holiday, it serves as a harbinger of the coming of blessed days full of hope and abundance. I am sure that on this meaningful holiday, which is an integral part of our common culture, the bonds of friendship and brotherhood will be strengthened even more.
I hope that 2024 will be full of new opportunities and successes for us. Expressing the desire to consistently strengthen bilateral relations and further active cooperation in the name of jointly achieving our common goals," Recep Tayyip Erdogan wrote.
President Joseph Biden sent congratulations from the United States of America.
"I look forward to working with you to deepen cooperation and create new opportunities in the interests of the peoples of our countries and the entire region," he wrote in his message.
Emir of the State of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang, Deputy Emir of the State of Qatar Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdurrahman Al Thani, Governor of the Astrakhan Region of the Russian Federation Igor Babushkin also sent their congratulations.
