President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent deep condolences to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in connection with the armed attack and explosion that occurred in the city of Krasnogorsk at the Crocus City Hall concert hall, which resulted in numerous human casualties and injuries.
Turkmenistan, condemning in the strongest terms any manifestations of terrorism and extremism, fully supports the efforts of the international community in the fight and elimination of this evil, the message of the head of state reads.
