16.03.2024

The national Digital Transport and Logistics Platform (NCTLP) will be launched on April 1, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports. These plans were confirmed by Dmitry Bakanov, Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, speaking at the Volga State University of Water Transport. At the first stage, the functionality of the platform will be limited: with its help, it will be possible to control and monitor cargo flows in seaports.

According to the plans of the Ministry of Transport, which were announced earlier, from April to the end of 2024, it is planned to gradually launch 4 services: a "single window" for issuing transportation, shipping and permits; a digital profile of a platform participant; providing information on cargo movement (traceability), as well as on transportation and transport and logistics infrastructure facilities. During 2025-2026, it is planned to launch 8 more services and subsystems to the National Digital Platform in order to put it into trial operation in the first quarter of 2027. The basic architecture of the NCTLP will include a portal of services for interaction with federal and regional authorities and local governments. To do this, data exchange will be established with the information systems of the tax and customs services, the KPS "Seaport Portal", the state system of electronic transportation documents, Public Services, etc. It is also planned to integrate NCTLP with foreign logistics platforms. So far, the Chinese LOGINK, the Indian ULIP and the EEU AIS are being considered.
