Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of cooperation with France in a letter to Emmanuel Macron

National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent a letter to French President Emmanuel Macron expressing his desire to strengthen bilateral relations after his visit to Monaco on January 19-20, 2025, TDH reports. The message highlights the warm welcome of the representatives of the French authorities and the desire to develop multi-vector cooperation between the two countries. In the letter, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the hospitality of the French side and recalled the previous meeting with Macron in December 2024 at the One Water Summit in Riyadh. Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan expressed confidence in the effectiveness of the dialogue between the countries and his willingness to expand bilateral cooperation.
