The Prince of Monaco was invited to the forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality

The national Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited Prince Albert II of Monaco to participate in the forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality, TDH reports. Prince Albert II expressed gratitude for the invitation and stressed the importance of building up dialogue with Turkmenistan. He also noted the support for Turkmenistan's peacekeeping policy and the importance of initiatives put forward on the UN platform. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov recalled the fruitful meeting with Prince Albert II in 2015, which led to the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Monaco. He expressed confidence in the prospects for enhanced cooperation in international organizations and joint work to maintain security and stability. At the end of the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited Prince Albert II to participate in the forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust, which will be held in Ashgabat.
