Turkmenistan is launching courses to train drivers for international transport operations. The training center "Awtoulagda Halkara daşaýjylary taýýarlaýan okuw merkezi" has announced the start of professional training programs for drivers and operators, including routes to European countries. Beginning on January 2, 2025, the center will offer paid short-term courses aimed at equipping participants with international qualifications.
The training program includes driver certification for categories "C" and "D" with various specializations, such as working with tachographs, cargo transport, passenger and luggage transportation, as well as handling hazardous materials in tankers and bulk containers. Courses will be conducted by local instructors certified by the International Road Transport Union (IRU) Academy, holding valid certificates.
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive an internationally recognized professional qualification certificate, granting them the right to perform international transport operations.
The course duration ranges from 5 to 15 days, depending on the chosen program.
