During the meeting, Natalia Gherman was awarded the Turkmenistan Jubilee Medal "Magtymguly Pyragynyň 300 ýyllygyna" and commemorative signs in recognition of her significant contribution to the development of constructive cooperation between Turkmenistan and the UN. Gherman highly appreciated Turkmenistan's commitment to regional peace and security, particularly emphasizing the country's efforts in combating terrorism.
Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov confirmed the country's readiness to continue close cooperation with the UN to address current transnational issues. The parties also reaffirmed their commitment to strategic cooperation between Turkmenistan and the United Nations.
