Last week, the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan conducted 25 successful trading transactions, resulting in the country receiving more than 47 million US dollars from the export of various products. The main buyers were entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, and Afghanistan.
The export assortment included a wide range of goods: technical sulfur, liquefied gas, low-sulfur fuel oil, lighting kerosene, urea, as well as traditional handmade carpets, cotton yarn, and Portland cement. Meanwhile, on the domestic market, local businessmen purchased polypropylene, base oil, float glass, packaging film, and other goods.
The total volume of international transactions amounted to 47 million 469 thousand US dollars, while domestic transactions reached 15 million 362 thousand manats and 222 thousand 870 dollars, according to TDH.
