A delegation headed by the hakim of Mary Velayat visited Herat Province

From November 19 to 21, a Turkmen delegation headed by the Hakim of Mary Velayat, Begenchmyrat Orazov, visited Herat Province. During the working visit, meetings were held with the Governor of Herat Province, Nur Ahmad Islamjar, the Governor of Badghis Province, Abdul Samad Jawid, and the heads of relevant state institutions. The meetings discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between the two brotherly countries. The Afghan side expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for the assistance and comprehensive support provided by neighboring Turkmenistan. As part of the working visit to Herat Province, the Turkmen delegation visited the Industrial Town of Herat Province, where they became acquainted with the work of large enterprises. The delegation members also toured the ancient historical and cultural monuments of the province.
