President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday. "In Turkmenistan, we highly appreciate your great personal contribution to the development of friendly relations between our states and hope for further strengthening of strategic partnership based on long–standing traditions of mutual respect, trust and good neighborliness," the message of the head of state reads. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed his wishes to President Vladimir Putin to remain in good health and be full of vitality and energy, as well as great success in a responsible government post for the benefit of all the people of Russia.
