The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the Armenian leadership on Independence Day

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has sent congratulations to the leadership of Armenia on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic. The Head of the Turkmen state addressed his warm wishes to President Vahagn Khachaturian, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the entire Armenian people. This is stated in the TDH message.
In his address, Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed the importance of friendly and mutually beneficial relations between the two countries based on the principles of mutual respect and trust. He expressed confidence in the further development and strengthening of bilateral ties for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.
The President of Turkmenistan wished the Armenian leaders good health and happiness, and peace, progress and prosperity to the Armenian people.
Armenia's Independence Day is celebrated annually on September 21. This holiday marks the proclamation of Armenia's independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. On this day, solemn events are held throughout the country, including a military parade in the capital Yerevan, concerts, fireworks and folk festivals.
